How to create Google AdSense account

Google AdSense is one of the most popular tools for monetizing online content. Specifically, it is an advertising circle that connects advertisers and publishers (i.e. companies that require an ad) and blog or website operators who want to make money in a very simple way. In fact, after creating your own AdSense account, Google provides codes that you add to your site, allowing them to search based on clicks and views generated. Interesting, isn't it? So don’t waste any more time talking and go straight to the action!

Create a Google AdSense account

Now select the following options: Private  the company (if you want to search for a company, organization, association or training institute's website money) drop-down menu under the heading of the account type , and then enter information in the fields name , address , ZIP code, your Phone number and press submit .

On the screen Check your phone number , put a check mark next to the article Text message (SMS) or Voice call and then click Generate verification code to get a control code useful for verifying your phone number. Then enter the 6-digit code in the Verification Code field and press the present button to complete the verification.

To complete the activation of your account, click Copy code , to copy the code that appears on the screen, enter the HTML code of your website (between and tags), check the box next to the item I pasted the code into my website, and press last .

The authentication and activation process usually takes less than a day, but can be longer in some cases. As soon as your request is accepted, you will receive an email at the address you provided when you created your account.

Create an ad unit

Once you've created and verified your account, you're ready to create an ad unit that you can paste into your site later and start searching.

To create your first ad unit, sign in to your AdSense account, click Show my ads in the left-hand bar, and select Ad units . Press the button on the new open a new ad unit and click on the item you choose in relation to the type of ad you want to create.

Text and display ads - These are the most common ad units that combine images and text. You can select the banner size, style, and position.

Relevant Content - These are banners that are usually placed at the bottom of the article and that allow you to display sponsored content and related articles on your site. This is a useful tool to increase page views and time spent on your site, and consequently increase your advertising revenue.

InFeed Ads - These are ad units that are included in your site's feed. They can be customized and adapted to the appearance of the content.

InArticle Ads : These are the ad units that should be inserted into the paragraphs of the articles on the website. They automatically adapt to the content.

Once you have selected, type in the box the name that receives the ad unit name , adjust the size of the drop-down menu next to the item attendance (I advise you used that adapts to any type of display), and if you want to change the style of the stage Ad type . Then, click Save and Prompt for the code , copy the code in the Ad Code field, and paste it into the page of the website where you want the banner to appear. It takes 20-30 minutes for the ad unit to display correctly.

Add and verify your form of payment

Check your Google AdSense earnings

Ad units created with Google AdSense generate revenue when users click on it. Only a few, very rare campaigns provide compensation for printing, that is, if only visitors pay for the banners. We can review your Google AdSense earnings and monitor the progress of each ad unit at any time.

On the main page of your account, you'll see the graph Estimated Earnings with an overview of all earnings for the day, the previous day, the last seven days, the current month, and the balance available in your account (previous months' total earnings if the minimum payment threshold wasn't reached).

To see revenue for each ad unit, click Performance Reports and select your last 7 days of interest from the drop-down menu , then click add , select Ad units, and select the checkbox next to the ad unit you're interested in. to check estimated revenue and check statistics for impressions , Clic , RPM (revenue per 1000 impressions), visibility , etc.

Instead, to check the status of your payments, past transactions, and set a minimum payment threshold, click Page appears in the left-hand bar and select View transactions to see your AdSense account earnings history and payments received.

Instead, select Manage settings and then click the pencil icon on the option Calendar and payments to change the minimum payment threshold (can not be less than 70 euros).
